This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Fox Games Inc ("FourMind", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use FourMind AI (the "Service").

1. Cookies and tracking

The Service uses a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or cross-site tracking technologies. Browsers and hosting providers may still process basic technical request data, such as IP address and page request information, needed to load the site.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Usage data: your conversations with AI Agents, credit balance, and transaction history, stored so you can revisit past chats and track your usage.
• Payment data: when you purchase credits, payment details (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay) are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Purchase records: we retain records such as the plan purchased, price, currency, and transaction identifiers supplied by our payment processor, for accounting and support purposes.
• Technical data: basic log data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and abuse prevention.
• Information we do not collect: we do not intentionally collect device identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, files, or advertising identifiers through the Service.

3. Messages you send us

If you email us or use a contact link to reach support, you may provide your name, email address, subject, and message. We use that information only to review, respond to, and manage your inquiry.

4. How we use information

• To operate the Service, including authenticating you and metering credit usage.
• To process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• To send your messages to the underlying AI model providers in order to generate responses.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
• To communicate with you about your account, such as purchase confirmations or policy changes.

5. Sharing of information

We share limited information with the following categories of third parties:

• AI model providers: the content of your messages is sent to the third-party AI providers that power each Agent, solely to generate a response.
• Payment processor: a third-party payment processor handles purchases on our behalf. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your information for advertising or ad-targeting profiling.

6. Data retention

We retain account and conversation data for as long as your account is active, so you can access your chat history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

We use industry-standard measures, including password hashing and encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
